Pack 120's Join Scouting Night will be Monday, September 15, 6 to 7 PM at Rockingham Park at the Crossroads (1 Rockingham Park Way Penn Laird, VA 22846). This is the kickoff to the scouting year, an opportunity to showcase the pack to the community, and for returning scouts to get together for some fun. Please join the pack and invite some friends!

The inaugural district pinewood derby event (MVD PWD) happening this August.

June 14 is FLAG DAY, each year our Sons Of American Revolution from Fort Harrison Chapter hold an awesome program. We of the scouting world as cub scouts and scouts have the honor of doing the flag retirement ceremony prior to the Flag Day Presentation in Elkton, VA. First year I was involved we did roughly 100 flags, last year it was over 350 flags. We like pairing up Cub Scouts with Scouts to assist in the unfolding/folding and retiring of the flags, this shows all involved the reason it is important to respect our flag and how. Please feel free to bring flags needing to be retired too.

Please join the Pack Monday, June 2 at 6 PM at MPC for the Cub Scout Advancement Ceremony. At the ceremony scouts will be awarded their rank badges that they have been working toward all year.

Rion Bowman VFW Post 632 places American Flags on graves of veterans in local cemeteries for Memorial Day. The pack will be helping with the task to honor local veterans and provide a service to the community.

Join the pack for our overnight campout Saturday May 17th at Massanetta Springs Camp (712 Massanetta Springs Rd, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). The pack will have use of the bath houses a short walk from the campsites.
